We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our white-glove service provider will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
